Art, Design & Photography Facilitator

The Future Star Academy is on the lookout for passionate and qualified artists, designers, and photographers to join our team as Art, Design & Photography Facilitators. If you are a professional in Art & Design and have a true passion for teaching, nurturing artistic potential across diverse age groups—from Early Years to seniors—while specializing in various art forms, including mosaic and collage, we invite you to be a part of shaping the future stars.

As an Art, Design & Photography Facilitator at FSA, you will be instrumental in supporting the training of FSA students through the delivery of our comprehensive Art & Design training program. We welcome individuals who specialize in a range of art forms, including Visual Arts, Installation Art, Sculpture, Graffiti & Stencilling, Urban Art, Graphic Design, 3D and Moving Image Design, Photography, Mosaic, and Collage.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach and mentor students at all levels of learning, from Early Years, children, teenagers, adults to seniors, in their chosen art form, whether it be Visual Arts, Installation Art, Sculpture, or others.
  • Deliver engaging and tailored training programs in Art & Design, fostering creativity and skill development.
  • Collaborate with the management team to handle programming, scheduling, and administrative needs.
  • Provide private one-to-one, group, or community sessions, either in person or at FSA teaching studios.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification or training in Art & Design.
  • Teaching experience is advantageous, and training will be provided to selected candidates.
  • DBS checked due to working with children (paid for by FSA).
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods for different capabilities and ages, specializing in mosaic and collage if desired.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated.
  • Performance experience in the chosen art form is desirable.

Salary/Payment: Hourly pay dependent on experience, paid weekly.
