We have a strong team of committed individuals from our in-house staff running the operations of the Academy and Centre to our on-location staff working in and around the community delivering projects, facilitating workshops, and managing our local initiatives.

The FSA offer a work-based training programme that leads directly into employment with us on successful completion. If you are an exceptional individual with a commitment to youth & community development, lack professional qualifications or know-how but are willing to learn and gain practical on-the-job experience, you can apply for one of our Work-Based Training Programmes where you will learn work-based skills for specified roles within our departments and projects.

If you are a teacher or teaching assistant looking for flexible part-time work as a tutor or academic support facilitator, learn how to teach and support students with us.

If you are a creative, business, technology or sports professional with a specialist skill which you can teach to others apply to become an FSA Specialist Skills Trainer.

All staff working with children, young people and vulnerable adults are DBS checked.
