We believe consistency is the key to success in your field of interest so we encourage completion of courses and that students and members regularly attend classes, workshops or activities connected to pursuing their passions.
3. Communication
We strongly believe that communication is the key to success so we never leave students unsupported on their journey. We encourage students and members to connect to our social networks so we can support their journey and progress.
We also provide a mentor to each member whom they can call, text or email for support as they pursue their personal and professional career development.
4. Clarity
We believe learning should be clear and easily understandable so we break down difficult concepts into easily digestible bites of information, media and revision to ensure learning is accessible to all.
5. Confidence
We intend for all students and members to gain a high-level of confidence in their fields of interest by developing their skills set, knowledge of the subjects involved, and equipping them with the right tools and access to the best resources.
6. Collaboration
We encourage the collaboration of students and members across the various programmes to collaborate during training and when working on their own personal and professional projects i.e, drama students acting in student films.

Creativity is key to everything we do so we encourage our students and members to express their own creativity.
