Vocal Coach Trainer

The Future Star Academy is a dynamic institution dedicated to the development of the music and performing arts industry. FSA is seeking experienced and passionate Vocal Coach Trainers to join our team and contribute to the growth of aspiring vocal coaches and performers.

As a Vocal Coach Trainer at FSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Music & Performing Arts departments by facilitating in-house training, local youth projects, and community workshops. Your expertise in vocal training techniques will contribute to the development of future vocal coaches, ensuring high-quality education in singing, musical performance, and vocal coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-house training sessions for vocal coaching teams.
• Collaborate with FSA music facilitators to deliver the vocal training program.
• Engage in local youth projects and community workshops related to singing and musical performance.
• Adapt teaching techniques for different capabilities and age groups.
• Maintain a consistent weekly schedule for assigned training programs or projects.
• Work both in-person and remotely as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified or trained in vocal training techniques.
• Experience in a variety of music genres preferred.
• Teaching experience is favored, but training will be provided to selected candidates.
• DBS checked due to working with children (paid for by FSA).
• Ability to teach an instrument at a clear but quick pace.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated.
• Performance experience is desirable.
