We are looking for an advertising sales account manager to bring together sales and editorial functions to effectively manage the sale and distribution of our media publications. Your role will be focused on generating revenue through sales. maintaining client relationships and the management of a sales team. You will be responsible for creating campaigns, tracking their progress and establishing sales targets for teams to meet.
This role collaborates between the sales and editorial teams, as account managers handle a portfolio of existing advertisers while sourcing and securing new ones. They work closely with sales teams to find the best way to bring in new leads, stay in contact with long-term clients and find new ways to generate recurring business.
You will be working on the sales of ART Magazine and The Foy Magazine so an interest or knowledge of Youth Culture and the Creative & Cultural Industries is a bonus.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings
- Arrange meetings with clients and travel to them
- Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
- Talk to other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests
- Identify new client relationships and make pitches to potential new clients
- Give presentations about FSA publications, products or services
- Manage a budget and achieve targets
- Manage a team of account executives and arrange training for them if necessary
- Generate accurate reports on the status of existing accounts and new business
- Ensure clients pay on time
- Deliver revenue while managing complex advertiser goals
- Become an expert on ART’s solutions and adapt recommendations based on advertiser need
- Maintain and grow clients and ensure a clear plan is in place to grow revenues each quarter
- Present complex commercial partnership opportunities to clients, primarily through face to face meetings (or video calls where appropriate)

The Membership & Registration Officer's are responsible for the recruitment and registration of new members, enrolment of new students and participation on FSA programmes, projects and events. You will work as part of a team to generate growth in the number of students enrolling on our courses and programmes, increasing membership of young people, members of the community, creative practitioners, business professionals and organisations in our membership programme as well as our clubs & councils, and Club House programmes.
The successful candidate will be active in all aspects of the student enrolment and membership registration process from recruitment to programme induction. This role involves working with a team in recruitment drives, taster sessions, and induction events ensuring that all necessary information is collected and organized, and following up on membership inquiries. You must be an excellent communicator able to motivate & encourage customer participation, boost customer attendance, achieve sales objectives and gain membership loyalty.
