The Membership & Registration Officer's are responsible for the recruitment and registration of new members, enrolment of new students and participation on FSA programmes, projects and events. You will work as part of a team to generate growth in the number of students enrolling on our courses and programmes, increasing membership of young people, members of the community, creative practitioners, business professionals and organisations in our membership programme as well as our clubs & councils, and Club House programmes.

The successful candidate will be active in all aspects of the student enrolment and membership registration process from recruitment to programme induction. This role involves working with a team in recruitment drives, taster sessions, and induction events ensuring that all necessary information is collected and organized, and following up on membership inquiries. You must be an excellent communicator able to motivate & encourage customer participation, boost customer attendance, achieve sales objectives and gain membership loyalty.

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Recruitment & Registration:
  • Engage in recruitment drives to attract new members and students.
  • Manage the registration and enrolment process, ensuring accurate data collection and organization.
  • Follow up on membership inquiries and provide detailed information about programmes and events.

Programme & Event Support:
  • Assist in planning and executing taster sessions, induction events, and other promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of these events.

Customer Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively with potential and current members to encourage participation and loyalty.
  • Motivate and inspire customers to join and remain active in FSA’s programmes and clubs.

Sales & Marketing:
  • Work towards achieving sales targets related to membership and course enrolments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new members.

Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of membership and enrolment data.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment and membership activities and outcomes.
