The International Youth & Community Development programme is has been designed to advance the development of FSA youth programmes and community projects which deliver free programmes for children, young people and adults in local community spaces in disadvantaged local inner-city areas and isolated rural communities around the world
We are opening a number of opportunities including franchise, partnership and sponsorship collaboration options with individuals, youth and community groups, schools, local councils and government sectors that want to use FSA projects and programmes to:
When you join the International Youth & Community Development Programme you are investing in the development and management of children, young people and adults and families living in your local community, city and country.

- Early Years & Children Programmes
- Youth & Community Projects
- Community Workshops
- Community Business Training
- Community Media Production
- Academic Support Programmes
- Big Breakfast Clubs
In this 12-month programme you will gain the skills, knowledge and access to resources you need to set up the first FSA Youth & Community project or programme in your local community, city or country.
You will gain assistance and support in accessing your local resources, establish a base and building a team.
By the end of the programme you will be expected to have a plan, a base, a team, project curriculum, marketing materials, potential customers and have launched or are in the process of launching an FSA project or programme academy in your local area, selected city or native country.
Costs & Fees
The cost of this programme is: £110,000 with an annual membership fee of £23,000.
Please Note:
- This cost does not include the franchise fee
- You will be required to order uniforms and merchandise separately.
- The costs and fees do not cover project start-up costs.
You will be required to have your own start-up funding in place, however we can offer you support with funding sources and applications.
Further Training
The members of your organisation responsible for the planning, management and delivery of projects in your local community area, base, project and promotion must also undertake training in:
- Community Area Management
- Club House Management
- Project Management
- Marketing & Distribution
- Any other relevant training
