The International Creative Spaces & Community Development programme has been designed to advance the development of FSA Creative & Community Spaces which provide spaces to deliver projects and programmes for children, young people and adults in local communities living in disadvantaged local inner-city areas and isolated rural communities around the world

When you join the International Creative & Community Spaces Development Programme you are investing in the building, development, purchase or renovation of commercial or community properties to be used as FSA: 

-     Academies

-     Creative Arts & Digital Media Centres

-     Music Recording Studios

-     Performing arts spaces & Rehearsal studios

-     Multi-Media IT Labs

-     Club Houses

-     Academic Support Centres, 

-     PPD & Business Support Centres

-     Technology & Innovation Centres

-     Cooking Schools

-     Fashion Workshops & Factories

-     Breakfast Clubs

-     Youth & Community Resource Centres

In this 12-month programme you will gain the skills, knowledge and access to resources you need to set up the first FSA Creative Community space in your local community, city or country.

You will gain assistance and support in accessing your local resources, establish a base and building a team. 

By the end of the programme you will be expected to have a plan, a property, a team, marketing materials, potential customers and be in the process of launching an FSA creative centre in your local area, selected city or native country.

Costs & Fees

The cost of this programme is: £105,770 with an annual membership fee of £23,260. 

Please Note: 

-     This cost does not include the franchise fee

-     You will be required to order uniforms and merchandise separately. 

-     The costs and fees do not cover project start-up costs. 

You will be required to have your own start-up funding in place, however we can offer you support with funding sources and applications. 

Further Training

The members of your organisation responsible for the planning, management and delivery of the academy in your local community, city or country must also undertake training in:

-     Area Director Training

-     Centre Management Training 

-     Course & Curriculum Development     

-     Teaching & Project Facilitation

-     Programming & Scheduling

-     Finance & Fundraising

-     Project Management

-     Staff Personal & Professional Development

-     Marketing & Distribution

-     Any other relevant training
