The Future Stars Academy (FSA) is inviting enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales & Finance Apprenticeship program. We are seeking dedicated apprentices to play a vital role in the interaction with customers while handling sales and finance responsibilities.Roles Available:

1. Sales & Finance Apprentice
2. Book-Keeping & Accounts Apprentice
3. Payroll & Accounts Apprentice
4. Fundraising & Sponsorship Apprentice

Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Finance Apprentice:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote FSA products or services.
• Assist in financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.

2. Book-Keeping & Accounts Apprentice:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support in bookkeeping tasks and reconcile accounts.

3. Payroll & Accounts Apprentice:

• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Contribute to the management of accounts payable and receivable.

4. Fundraising & Sponsorship Apprentice:

• Support fundraising initiatives and events.
• Engage with potential sponsors and donors to secure financial support.

Requirements:

1. Financial Acumen:

• Basic understanding of financial principles and processes.

2. Communication Skills:

• Effective communication for sales activities and financial documentation.

3. Organizational Skills:

• Ability to manage and organize financial data and sales information.

Training and Development:

• Comprehensive training in sales techniques and customer interaction.
• Hands-on experience in financial management and accounting processes.
