The Future Stars Academy (FSA) is excited to offer four Customer Service Apprenticeship positions, providing an opportunity for individuals to engage with a diverse range of customers on a day-to-day basis. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to fill the following roles:

  1. Reception Apprentice
  2. Registration & Membership Apprentice
  3. Customer Support Apprentice
  4. Personal & Professional Development Support Apprentice

Responsibilities:

1. Reception Apprentice:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.

2. Registration & Membership Apprentice:

  • Assist in the registration process for new members.
  • Manage membership inquiries and provide relevant information to potential and existing members.

3. Customer Support Apprentice:

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

4. Personal & Professional Development Support Apprentice:

  • Collaborate with individuals to assess their personal and professional development goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on FSA programs that align with their aspirations.

Requirements:

1. Customer Service Focus:

  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

2. Communication Skills:

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Team Collaboration:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.

4. Adaptability:

  • Be adaptable and responsive to various customer needs and situations.

Training and Development:

  • Engage in comprehensive training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Receive ongoing support and mentorship to ensure continuous personal and professional growth.
