The Future Stars Academy (FSA) is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Information Systems Apprenticeship program. We are looking for dedicated apprentices to address the IT support and technical needs of our staff, students, and members using computer and IT communication networks.

Roles Available:

1. IT Support Apprentice
2. Technical Support Apprentice
3. Information Communication Apprentice
4. Cybersecurity Apprentice
5. Data Protection Apprentice
6. Information Systems Management Apprentice

Responsibilities:

1. IT Support Apprentice:

• Provide technical support to staff, students, and members for IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

2. Technical Support Apprentice:

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to address complex technical issues.

3. Information Communication Apprentice:

• Support communication networks and systems within the organization.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of information systems.

4. Cybersecurity Apprentice:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of cybersecurity measures.
• Monitor and analyze security threats, implementing preventive measures.

5. Data Protection Apprentice:

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data protection policies.

6. Information Systems Management Apprentice:

• Contribute to the strategic planning and management of information systems.
• Assist in leading teams, managing resources, and overseeing operational plans.

Requirements:

1. Technical Proficiency:

• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and cybersecurity concepts.

2. Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to analyze and resolve technical and security-related issues.

3. Communication Skills:

• Effective communication for providing support and collaborating on cybersecurity measures.

Training and Development:

• Hands-on experience in various information systems and cybersecurity practices.
• Mentorship from experienced professionals in the IT and cybersecurity fields.
