About the Programme:

The FSA Youth & Community Programme introduces a unique opportunity for young leaders and facilitators to actively contribute to the growth and well-being of their community. By leading or facilitating special interest clubs, you'll create a dynamic and inclusive space for fellow young individuals to connect, learn, and thrive.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Youth Leaders:

  1. Peer Leadership: Empower and lead your peers as a Youth Leader, inspiring positive engagement within the community.

  2. Club House Activities: Organize and coordinate activities within the Club House, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.

  3. Special Interest Clubs: Lead or participate in special interest clubs that cater to the unique preferences of young individuals.

  4. Community Projects: Contribute to youth-driven community projects, making a lasting impact on the local area.

Club Facilitators:

  1. Facilitate Special Interest Clubs: Take the lead in facilitating clubs catering to diverse interests such as anime, games, book clubs, and explore further recommendations.

  2. Create Inclusive Environments: Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment within your special interest club, ensuring all participants feel valued and heard.

  3. Organize Workshops: Coordinate workshops within your special interest club to enhance skills and knowledge in your chosen area.

  4. Encourage Collaboration: Promote collaboration among club members, encouraging the exchange of ideas and shared enthusiasm.
