Future Stars Academy Community & Area Representative Program: 

Be the Catalyst for Change!

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on your local community? Are you a proactive communicator eager to connect with and support your neighbors? The Future Stars Academy welcomes you to be part of our transformative Community & Area Representative Program.

About the Program:

The FSA Community & Area Representative Program empowers young individuals to become the driving force behind positive change in their neighbourhoods. As a representative, you will act as a liaison between the Future Stars Academy and your local community, addressing the unique needs of residents and facilitating access to various support services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Community Advocacy: Be the voice of your community by understanding and advocating for their needs. Communicate with residents to gather feedback and identify areas where the FSA can provide support.
  2. Promotional Material Distribution: Assist in the distribution of promotional material, including flyers, letters, newsletters, and magazines, to increase awareness of FSA programs and initiatives.
  3. Networking and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with members of your community, introducing them to the support and opportunities offered by FSA. Attend local events and meetings to expand your network.
  4. Referral and Support: Identify residents in need of community support, such as children, young people, families, the elderly, disabled individuals, and those with special needs. Refer them to appropriate FSA programs and services.
  5. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the FSA marketing team to enhance promotional activities within your community. Assist in marketing campaigns and help spread the word about FSA initiatives.
  6. Training and Termly Payments: Receive comprehensive training on community engagement, communication, and support services. Enjoy termly payments as a token of appreciation for your dedication.
