About Us: The Future Stars Academy (FSA) is searching for individuals with sports, health, and fitness experience to join us as Sports Health & Fitness Facilitators. If you have expertise in football, basketball, tennis, cricket, netball, athletics, swimming, personal training, or related areas, and are passionate about teaching and leading young people in sports skills, we invite you to become an integral part of our team.
Position Overview: As an FSA Sports Health & Fitness Facilitator, you will have the exciting opportunity to run academy and community workshops focusing on sports skills, team development, sports coaching, sports business, marketing, promotion, and management. Whether you have practical experience in one or more of these areas, we encourage you to apply and dedicate your time to run weekly programs ranging from one-off classes to comprehensive 12-week courses.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct sports, health, and fitness workshops for young people.
- Teach and lead sports skills, team development, and coaching techniques.
- Share sports or leadership skills, experience, and qualifications with participants.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of workshop content.
- Dedicate time to run weekly programs, providing engaging and informative sessions.
Requirements:
- Sports-related or fitness experience in one or more specified areas.
- Passion for teaching and leading young people in sports skills.
- Ability to share sports or leadership skills with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Availability to run weekly programs, from one-off classes to 12-week courses.
