About Us: The Future Stars Academy (FSA) is dedicated to supporting the holistic development of babies and toddlers through fun and creative sessions. We are seeking qualified childcare assistants or individuals studying education & child development or health & social care who are passionate about fostering the creative, mental, emotional, physical, and social development of young children. Join us as an Early Years & Child Facilitator to make a positive impact on the early stages of a child's growth.

Position Overview: As an Early Years & Child Facilitator at FSA, you will be responsible for running engaging and creatively inspiring sessions for children under 5 years old, providing support to both children and their parents. This role is suitable for qualified childcare assistants or individuals studying education & child development or health & social care. Training will be provided on how to support the development of children and parents, and in-person sessions will be a part of the role.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute fun and creative sessions for children under 5 years old.
2. Support the creative, mental, emotional, physical, and social development of young children.
3. Provide guidance and support to parents during sessions.
4. Receive and apply training on early childhood development and facilitation techniques.
5. Attend in-person sessions and actively engage with children and parents.

Requirements:

• Qualified childcare assistant or studying education & child development or health & social care.
• Passion for supporting the development of babies and toddlers.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging sessions.
• Availability to attend in-person sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
