About Us: The Future Stars Academy (FSA) is actively seeking Community Project Facilitators who can play a vital role in running workshops in the local community and facilitating the delivery of our diverse community projects and programs. If you have practical experience and are eager to contribute your skills to community development, we invite you to apply. Position Overview: As a Community Project Facilitator at FSA, you will be responsible for running workshops, supporting community programs, and empowering individuals across various age groups. Whether you have expertise in youth and young adult programs, community support initiatives, or community development workshops, we encourage you to apply and share your skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate community workshops and programs.
  2. Support youth and community development initiatives.
  3. Empower individuals across various age groups in personal and professional development.
  4. Provide practical training opportunities in diverse career fields.
  5. Contribute to the success of community support programs, such as food points, breakfast clubs, supper clubs, and clubs and councils.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in community projects and programs.
  • Dedication to running weekly programs, from one-off classes to 12-week courses.
  • Passion for community development and empowerment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
