About Us: The Future Stars Academy (FSA) is searching for talented individuals to join us as Club House Managers and Leaders. If you have a passion for youth and community development, are knowledgeable about your local community, and possess leadership skills, we invite you to apply. As a Club House Manager or Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing the operation of the Club House, coordinating activities, and fostering a positive environment for participants.

Position Overview: As a Club House Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Club House, coordinating activities, overseeing staff, and ensuring proper clubhouse operation. Club House Leaders, on the other hand, will provide leadership, structure, guidance, motivation, and inspiration to participants of the Club House. Both roles require a hands-on approach and a commitment to expanding and ensuring the success of FSA projects and programs in the local community.

Responsibilities:

  1. Club House Manager:

    • Manage the club house and coordinate activities.
    • Supervise all areas of operation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee staff, fostering a positive environment.
    • Implement strategies to increase participation in FSA projects and programs.
    • Budgeting, local fundraising activities, and event organization.
    • Communication with head office and reporting of issues.
  2. Club House Leader:

    • Provide leadership, structure, guidance, motivation, and inspiration to participants.
    • Assist in the training of facilitators and support workers.
    • Work with area teams to ensure the club is well supplied and staffed.
    • Supervise the opening, closing, setting up, and clearing up of the space.
    • Contribute to budgeting, fundraising activities, and event organization.
    • Represent the Club House at trips and residentials.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on approach with a commitment to youth and community development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, IT, and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about the local community and passionate about its development.
  • Skilled in managing and organizing with great attention to detail.
  • Experience in team management and leadership.
