About Us: The Future Stars Academy (FSA) is committed to providing holistic educational support to children and young people across primary, secondary, and college levels. We are currently seeking qualified Teaching Assistants or individuals studying education and child development who are eager to gain valuable experience in academic support. As an Academic Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students with homework, coursework, revision, and various aspects of academic development.
Position Overview: We are looking for dedicated Academic Support Assistants to work with primary, secondary, sixth-form, and college students in group academic support sessions. The role involves providing assistance in subjects such as maths, English, science, geography, history, and foreign languages. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting students with application forms, interviews, and test preparation. This position requires the ability to attend both online and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist students in completing homework assignments, coursework, and revision.
- Provide academic support in group sessions, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

- Collaborate with teachers and other academic support staff to address students' needs.
Requirements:
