FSA Personal & Professional Development Mentoring Programme can help you access

The FSA Personal & Professional Development Mentoring Programme is a compulsory programme for FSA students and members. Each student/member is assigned a mentor that aligns with their interests and students are also allocated a house and house leader who will offer advice, guidance and practical support regarding life-skills, character development, hobbies & interests, specialised training, further and higher education, business enterprise, employment and work opportunities.

Mentoring will commence at first induction with weekly check-ins to keep you up-to-date with daily tasks on your checklist and monthly and quarterly assessments aimed to ensure you are on track to reaching your goals and are compatible with your mentor.
