Program Offerings:
Project Leaders Programme (PLP): Ideal for those aspiring to become Project Leaders within the local community. Gain expertise in engaging with young people, conflict management, understanding Safeguarding issues, and collaborative project delivery that uplifts both the youth and communities we serve.
Project Manager Programme (PMP): Learn the intricacies of managing youth projects to The FSA Standard. Acquire skills in training techniques, budgeting, staff and volunteer management, and leverage central department support in marketing, administration, human resources, and fundraising.
Project Facilitators Programme (PFP): Tailored for individuals with skills and experience in the covered industries, including creative, sports, or business practitioners. Invest your expertise in bringing out the best in young people and community members.
Program Structure:
- Participants engage in a community session weekly and attend academy studies twice a week.
Post-Training Opportunities: Upon successful completion, trainees are eligible to apply for paid positions as Project Managers at various Academy locations or collaborate with us to initiate an FSA Community Programme in their local area.
