💼 RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TRUSTEE:
As a trustee, you'll be at the heart of decision-making, aiding our CEO and Academy Director in leading the organization to new heights. Your portfolio includes contributing your unique skills and expertise, spearheading strategic development, and safeguarding the organization's financial health and assets.
🌐 DIVERSE SKILL SETS WANTED:
Our league of trustees brings a kaleidoscope of skills and experiences to the table. Whether you're rooted in our local community or bring a fresh perspective from afar, your contribution matters. Each trustee is a key player, and we're seeking individuals who fervently believe in the personal and professional development of young minds, families, students, creative practitioners, and business professionals.
⏰ TIME COMMITMENT:
The adventure begins with a minimum expected time commitment, ensuring your impact is felt:
- 8 hours per week (General Work/Training/Evaluation)
- 2-hour HOD meeting (12 x 1 a Month)
- 3-hour quarterly Directors board meeting
- Ad hoc support to the executive
- 6-month probation, then a heroic 2-year fixed-term commitment
