How do I set up a FSA Club House?

Are you a group or individual that wants to do more to support the needs of people in your local community especially the vulnerable members of society including children, families, and the elderly? 

Are you a hard worker, able to complete any activity you put your mind to? 

Are you a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills that can make people feel at ease but also give effective direction?

Why don't you use your skills to bring together our communities whilst developing your skills, expanding your knowledge, and broadening your network to enable you to provide more services, events, and activities to young people and adults in your local area that support their health and well-being, personal growth, and professional development?

Before considering starting up an FSA Club House you must ensure you have the time and energy to commit to the process. 

This would suit someone based in their local area Mon - Fri as they must be reachable and available to the local community and team members. 

Stage 1: Fill out the application form

Stage 2: Receive a phone call interview from our team

Stage 3: Attend in-person or online meeting

Stage 4: Pay for the course or receive funding support

Stage 5: Complete the Club House Management Course 

Stage 6: Gain a qualification in Management & FSA Certificate

Stage 7: Become a Professional FSA Member

Stage 8: Receive support from us to start a club in your area

This is a highly fulfilling role but has arduous tasks and requires someone who has determination, drive, and discipline as well as availability.

• You must be Over 18 years old.
• A clean full or provisional driving license would be useful.
• All applicants are DBS checked.

No previous experience is necessary but experience working with the community, or within a company or organisation will be beneficial.

The initial programme lasts 12 months.
